Spire of the Watcher Broken
I click the Quest but when I go to the map I can’t launch. The button is red and I’m told to talk to Ikora which I already did.

If you are attempting to turn in step 1 of a quest called Ares Desperado, but cannot, then please consider using your consoles recording feature to capture a videoclip of what you're experiencing. If you record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here. We'll then investigate.

Is the quest you have named 'Ares Desperado', or are you trying to access normal Spire using the Rite of the Nine quests?
