Hey there. If you cross-save and pick Steam as the Active character set, then every time you play the game on PSN, you will be logging into and making progress on your Steam characters. Anything you earn while playing on PSN, is being earned on the Steam characters. While playing on your Playstation, you will be able to play the Steam characters on any expansion content you currently own on PSN. if however you have any episode passes and dungeon keys on PSN, these are tied to your PSN character. This character will go dormant and become inaccessible if cross-save is set up, and it will take the passes and dungeon key with it. So that content, if owned, will become inaccessible. But similarly, any of these already owned by your Steam characters, will be playable while you are launching the game on PSN - passes and dungeon keys count as in-game addons, unlike expansion packs, and are available on any platform.
