Unable to login [Resolved]
Hello,
My friend is unable to join me. When he tries to join or invite me, the game tells him "please enter valid profile name." All my social settings are set to Public. I have reset to Default. We have tried resetting. My NAT type is Moderate. I do not have cross save enabled. I only play on Steam. I am a new player. My account is verified. This has been happening for a week. I can invite him but it tells me he is not online, then send him a pending fireteam invite. I have tried networking troubleshooting but nothing seems to work.

2 RepliesEdited by EckyThump: 6/9/2025 1:15:11 AMHey there, could you go to Settings, to Account Linking, and make sure 'display on public profile' is ticked for your Steam account? Having everything hidden like you've got currently, can break certain site and game functionality such as /join.
