A friend and I were talking while I was playing Destiny, and eventually got around to Yu-Gi-Oh being brought up, and immediately thinking how unironically cool a YGO themed set would be, perfect for a Halloween event, reasoning to follow. The ornament/costume sets would be Titan Exodia, Warlock Dark Magician and Hunter Celtic Guardian. Emote/s could include a little duel with the players getting dressed up as Yugi and Kaiba ending with the Kaiba getting Exodia'd in the iconic reaction image, executions being either monster summons or spell/trap cards like Sword of Revealing Light being swords thrown at them or mirror force being a shield bubble that blasts them away. The gear in the form of transportation/ghost shells could be Kaiba's Blue Eyes jet for the ship, one of the 5Ds motorcycles for the sparrow, and a straight up Yu-Gi-Oh card OF Ghost as the ghost "shell," with his picture and name and everything on it (Description could be something like "Universal key that lives in your backpack" with the attack/defense values as your actual levels or something, like the kill tracker ghost). And for it being the Halloween time specifically, have the Dark Magician's staff as a Halloween event Void glaive to round it all out since we had the mech sniper when those sets came out, so themed weapons DO have a reason behind them to be included. Would it all make sense? Absolutely not. Would it actually be cool af for no reason? Absolutely. Yeah, we've had other crossovers that don't fit, whether when they were released or at all, like Street Fighter and the Witcher, but those are clearly there for the timing based on what they're coming from, with Street Fighter 6 and the Witcher show both being huge things at the time. THis would be just for giggles because it'd be cool to see. What do you think about it? Anything else you think would fit more or should be added in addition?
