Can’t open chests in Eternity

Not able to ever open the chests in eternity following dungeon completion. The ‘lift’ does not work. Have multiple quests stuck on step 3 of 3. Any ideas on how to fix or is this a developer issue? Thanks!

You'll have to wait till Spire is back in rotation for ROT9 so you can complete the one that activates that lift
