Hey there. If you are talking about code-redeemed emblems and Bungie Rewards, these get tied to Bungie Accounts not platform accounts (Steam, Epic, etc). Your current Bungie Account, the one you are posting on here, was created in December 2024. Looking at your accounts, I see the following, you've got a Steam account with data going back to Season of Plunder (mid-2022) and your Epic account has some playtime from Episode: Revenant (late 2024). That makes me believe that your Steam characters were tied to an older Bungie Account, which contained the emblems you have lost. When you linked characters, you linked Steam to the newer Bungie Account that belonged to your Epic Games characters, rather than the other way around, linking Epic to the older Bungie Account on your Steam characters. This disconnected your Steam characters from their old Bungie Account, and would have caused them to lose access to any code-redeemed emblems. Due to the unlink policy update of March 2025, there is unfortunately no fix. Your linkage is permanently locked right now, with the accounts tied to the newer Bungie Account. Additionally even before this policy change, if after Steam got removed from your old Bungie Account, if it had no platform accounts remaining linked to it (an 'orphaned' account), these were considered permanently lost also. You have cross-save set up with Steam as the Active set. That means that when you log in on Steam and log in on Epic, you see the Steam characters. That is why you can't log in to the Epic character; it's now dormant and inaccessible, Epic is now just another way to log into the Steam account. Why can't you deactivate cross-save? You say it 'does nothing' - what is it doing exactly, or not doing? Are you getting any error messages? Are you authenticating the accounts properly?
