It’s possible that Episode Echoes content isn’t showing up because the Season Pass wasn’t purchased, I believe if you didn’t buy it during Echoes’ active period, the Companion App won’t show the missions. Another thing to check even with the pass, the app sometimes hides the content until you complete the introductory missions. For example, a few users reported that they needed to finish Echoes‘ intro before the app displayed the quests.
