Do you people just forget things once you hear something new? There is still going to be fireteam power, so everyone doesn't need to grind to max power so long as one person has been. If you're going to make the one argument of just removing power altogether, then let me ask this. Without a lower grind, then what's the point of adding new gear ever? Edit: Damn.
