Is it true the Hunters gambler's dodge is not going to fully refund melee energy and going to be dependent on the melee stat. If so this is a massive nerf to Hunters. As Titans and warlocks don't need to rely on the melee stat for there barricade or Rift.

Not sure what Titans and Warlocks had to do with anything. The melee energy gained from the dodge is dependent on the melee stat, but the dodge itself isn't. The higher the melee stat, the more energy you get, and the higher the class stat the quicker you get the dodge. It's really not going to be an issue.
