Ice Breaker drop chance
So you cannot farm ice breaker from Vesper’s Host even while it’s featured. I’ve logged 108 clears of the dungeon (90 in the past 4 days) and haven’t gotten it. I don’t think at any point Bungie plans on fixing it or retroactively giving it to people that have meet a threshold of clears. All in all, very dumb this hasn’t been fixed for months

No it’s not farmable but you get 3 chances per week, one per character. You can increase your odds by completing as much of the seal as possible :(

Try running it with a different character . We have good luck when the game locks a drop doing this.
