The comparisons are so wildly contrasting.
One’s time gated to all hell, sucking the fun out of it - the other was very well paced.
One has desire-able loot for the following year, that’ll even get a sweet buff update once the next year starts - the other has gear that’s being made obsolete on day 1 of the next release.
One had tons of aspirational cosmetic and fun rewards on top of high end drops from the encounters original loot pool - the other a single item.
One seems to be a momentary forgettable experience - the other prepped you for the following expansion and left a memorable impression.
The concept for a Dungeon equivalent to Pantheon was an awesome idea, but it needs a lot more time in the oven to compete.
