Just switched to PC. Steam linking got messed up.
I primarily use PS5 when playing destiny and I used my broither's PC to test how it is on PC and I linked his steam account to my Playstation account which has about 3000 hours on Destiny 2. I recently built a PC of my own and made a steam account of my own so it would be mine. I unlinked my brothers' account to link mine but I was blocked with a 90 day linking suspension.
I believe I read that this is to prevent account recoveries but I just got caught in the cross fire. I wanted to play over summer before I start my job but now I cant because of this. Is there anyway a developer can help me lift the hold on my account?

While I wish to be the bearer of better news, sadly, as of March 25th, 2025, it is no longer possible to unlink an account from your Bungie.Net account.
