Unlinking Deleted Twitch Account
The Twitch account currently linked to my Bungie account has been deleted and since the request for Twitch to delete the account was past 90 days ago said Twitch account has been permanently removed from Twitch's system and therefore I cannot log into it to remove it from my Bungie account on my own. Would it be possible for Bungie to unlink it?
Apologies and thanks for any help should anyone be able to assist.

Unfortunately if the 90 days for Twitch to recover it have passed and as a result they can't, then the account cannot be unlinked and is now permanently bound to your account. Bungie will not remove it on your behalf.

Hey there, unfortunately Bungie will not forcibly unlink accounts under any circumstances. If Twitch support is unable to assist in letting you recover access, then that account cannot be unlinked.
