In the new expansion all the current stats are changed which I'm fine with, but why do hunters get a buff to mobility over other classes when it seems warlocks and titans don't have an inherent buff? It could be anything like titans are equivalent to 10 resilience now while others are 9, warlocks same for health recovery instead of 7 equivalent its 8. This confuses me and makes Hunters a little better in pvp by default in neutral game. Though I guess the other 2 might be more powerful than a mobility buff.
Edit: I forgot about Titan bonus melee damage, then the only problem is warlock needs something.

Warlocks have more melee range. Besides, most if not every hunter main runs 70-100 mobility anyway. On all my loadouts, I have 90-100, 60-80 resilience, and 40-60 recovery. Bungie removing mobility and turning it into an armor mod (they obviously didn't learn from Traction) is a nerf unless they want to also increase sprint speed as well like they should've done ages ago for mobility. For hunters to have that stat as high as they needed for good dodge uptime, they had to tank resilience or recovery, stats that many or at least the other classes would say was more important than mobility. But titans and warlocks? Titans literally aren't losing anything because resilience should've already been at least 70 on the low end and recovery 50 or higher. Warlocks should've had roughly the same just reversed, but mobility was a dump stat for both regardless. Now consider the baseline recovery is equal to T6 and baseline resilience is equal to T10. In my case, I'm losing over half my mobility for, on my best equipped loadout, 20 resilience and 10 recovery. That's not fair as far as I'm concerned, especially when hunters would have to use 2-3 mods on their boots (destroying build potential) to restore what was lost. So what would be fair if not an extra 10 or more mobility? The only other alternative I'd accept is higher weapon damage before the weapon stat takes effect.
