Sunsetting 2.0
At 0.02 seconds. You can see it for yourself. All our gear will be effectively useless. This is sunsetting without taking our gear. We will forced to use new gear.
Who’s gonna give up 15% extra damage resist and 15% weapon damage?
I was done with this franchise after the videos and articles dropped about EoF.
I’m doubly done now.
I’m looking forward to Bungie’s fall. It should be entertaining.

Exotic armour that is masterworked, trash got to grind again. Our vaults will be cleared by adding a new grind. I've been here since d1 and this is the first time I'm going to be retracting my pre order. This is bs.

2 RepliesI'm not particularly attached to any of my gear, so the thought of grinding for new stuff doesn't bother me, but then again that's just me. I wasn't all too bothered when they sunset us the first time, and I'm not too bothered now, because at the end of the day, I'll just get new stuff and keep it pushing.

1 ReplyI can see Bungie messing it up like they did years ago and making it a 0.15% increase. [spoiler]Bungie said that Autorifles were to get a 4% buff but got a .04% buff instead. They then retrospectively changed patch notes to show the .04% buff.[/spoiler]

Like every „not in the artifact stuff“ is now. If you take the time to watch a few seconds past 0:02 he clearly says the bonus is tied to your gear. Higher tier = higher bonus He also says that Tier 1 might result in 2%, depends on the real buff/5 if they do it linear. So in the beginning you are far from having a full blast bonus that overpowers everything. As the season progresses and you get higher Tier stuff, the gap too old gear grows, but you change stuff over time. And end of season the new ones lose the buff and weapons will be equal to the current weapons. I think it’s far from being a total sunset drama.

I like the changes as I can gently transition to new gear without much issue. People are blowing things way out of proportion with the changes like they do every pre DLC reveal and than after the same people will still play and still grind new gear it's the same old cycle.
