Controller stops working after tabbing out.
While playing with a controller on PC going to another window (like to a browser to use DiM) the controller stops working while the game is in focus. It will still work in while the game is out of focus, say in the preview pane or while just the task bar is up, but not while the game is the active window. This does not happen every time but once it starts it will do it until restarting the game, and will do it again consistently until restarting the PC
