So for the past week or two, I’ve been unable to get past the title screen for Destiny 2 on my Xbox Series X. As soon as I attempt to, I get a “Marionberry” error code. I read the page about the error code on the Bungie help site and have attempted all the proper resets for my console and router, which worked the first time but hasn’t worked since. My internet connection doesn’t seem to be the issue because all other games on my console work just fine, but I can’t seem to even log in to Destiny. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself, to no avail. Any possible fixes once resetting the console & router don’t work? I’m also wondering if this is an issue just for me or maybe it’s more widespread, I’m not sure.
If it helps, my ISP is Spectrum and I play on a wired connection.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're unable to progress beyond the title screen for Destiny 2 due to encountering the Marionberry error code. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this would cause concern. It seems strange that the troubleshooting in our guide for this code didn't help. While we realize your connection doesn't appear problematic, if you haven't yet tried doing so, we would recommend giving the steps in our Network Troubleshooting Guide a try. They often help with this error code. If the error code recurs beyond those steps, however, then we recommend speaking with your ISP for further troubleshooting. Your understanding in this is appreciated.
