I'm posting this again since the previous response from Bungie Help unfortunately didn't help and my response was not replied to after I clarified I was not banned from clans. I am very much so not banned from clans since I had created the clan right after I left one. For whatever reason I cannot collect my clan banner due to a "Warlock" at 1900 power needs to collect it that does not exist according to the companion. The thing is all my characters are far above that as well and if it were another character I don't know how it'd be possible since all my save slots are used. I've seen some stuff that it may be cross-save that broke it and since I purchased Silver recently I cannot unlink to fix this glitch. If there is anyone who knows what to do, please let me know. I just formed it maybe one to two weeks ago and I can't help get bonus rewards for my members through activities. I'm just on my last legs and would rather not wait 3 months just to attempt to fix this by unlinking my Xbox profile and designating my steam one the primary save.
