I bought the final shape annual pass and I did not recive the annual pass. It shows as owned inside the game. I followed all reccomendations on the missing add on page nothing worked so I tried to submit a help request and it will not allow it. When I try to it has me sign in the takes me back to the home page.

Hey there, did you buy on Steam and then cross-save with XBox? That would have tied the episode passes and dungeon key (which count as in-game addons, applied to the Active account at the time of purchase) to Steam, but Steam got made dormant. The passes do not move or duplicate over to XBox. The addon form is the correct way to fix this, so your issue is that the form link is not taking you to the ticket screen? Did you try clearing your cache, and trying other browsers?
