Lost account
i had my old steam account linked with my playstation account for many years and kinda forgotten the game but now i wanna play it again but ive lost my steam account so i tried to link it with my new steam account but i cant since i have to disconnect it from my old one first i still know the email and password and user but i just cant seem to sign in with it. I need help to disconnect my playstation account to connect it with my new steam account.

Hello there, Thank you for getting in touch. We understand you're seeking to disconnect a Steam account from a Bungie account your PS account is also linked to. While we wish we could assist you with this, as of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]March 25th[/url], it's no longer possible to unlink platform accounts once linked. We can only recommend that if you wish to link your PS account to the same Bungie account you've used in the past, that you work with Steam support in order to recover your lost Steam account. As of March 25th, the ability to unlink platform accounts (except Twitch) from a Bungie.net profile was removed and the links became permanent. In order to use your PSN characters on Steam, you will need to recover the already linked account. Bungie will not unlink accounts and there are no exceptions being made.
