I just did the Dual Destiny exotic mission and after selecting peace me and my teammate got nothing. The pedestals spawned, but without class items. We were unable to claim them and were forced to redo the mission completely. Footage attached. This is caused by a more general issue. The issue is losing Aligned buff. One can lose it upon death randomly (perhaps more likely when you are revived while having destiny 2 minimized). After that all mechanics stop working and, apparently, the rewards too. For example, during the Echoes I lost Aligned buff and couldn't trigger correspondent pool of energy. I died and then buff reappeared; we continued normally. However, dying no longer fixes the issue. Last week this happened again for me and the teammate: we both lost Aligned buff. Dying didn't help, so I suggested to rejoin the activity. First my teammate, then me. It worked: we both regained our buffs and continued normally. Right now the same happened. We both lost Aligned buff (you can notice, I do not have one on the footage) after being revived for selecting peace. Dying didn't help. I left the fireteam and tried to rejoin, but the game didn't allow me to. We redid the mission and got the rewards. As you may notice, I do have Aligned buff in the successful run after selecting peace unlike in the failed one.
