Triumph
I recently completed the solo flawless Zero Hour and obtained both "Zero Help" and "Zero Deaths" corresponding to the solo and solo flawless clears yet the actual flawless triumph did not drop.
I remember the corresponding Whisper triumphs also being bugged but they could be obtained in a fireteam, after completing the Zero Hour exotic mission with a full fireteam and no deaths it is still unobtainable.
As far as I know, I just need a flawless clear. Is there any archaic knowledge I'm missing or is it just currently bugged?

It was fixed but it broke again with the launch of The Final Shape. They're aware of it, but they're also at the same time saying its intentional. From June/July 2024 -> March 2025 they were saying its a known issue they were looking into, from March->now they're also saying its a known issue and at the same time in separate responses its not meant to unlock. They haven't said which one is correct, nor if they plan on fixing it by either making it count flawless runs or simply moving the triumphs to the legacy section. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264652677
