Disappearance

I bought silver, but then I made a cross-progression.. As a result, the silver is listed on the account, but it's not in the game, and it's also not in the cross-progression tab. https://ibb.co/4R3dJRY2 https://ibb.co/V08SJRxD

Hey there, this is unfortunately working as intended. Silver is tied to both the platform it was purchased on and the Active character set at the time of purchase. By buying Silver on Epic first before cross-saving, you tied the Silver to your Epic Games Destiny 2 data, which may not have had any characters, but it still exists as a separate Destiny 2 profile, and only characters created on this profile could see or spend that Silver. When you cross-saved and chose Steam as the Active character set, your Epic game profile, including the Silver it owned, became dormant and inaccessible. Cross-save does not merge nor move Silver balances. What you see in your first screenshot, is Silver balances that are tied to your Steam characters per platform. Now cross-save is set up, and Steam is Active, then Silver bought on Steam can be spent on those characters while playing on Steam. Silver bought on Epic will now be tied to your Steam characters, and can be spent on those characters while playing through Epic's launcher. But the 700 Silver you previously bought, is tied to the now-dormant Epic profile, which is why you do not see that balance in your cross-save settings. If you ever cancelled cross-save, and re-enabled your dormant Epic game account, then you will see the Silver again. However there is no way to get that 700 Silver transferred in a way where it can be used by the Steam character set.
