I purchased Year of Prophecy Ultimate Edition but did not receive any of the content that was supposed to release immediately. This is on the PlayStation 5.

Have you ensured the addons are installed, restarted D2, and then checked the special deliveries kiosk and Shaw Han in the Cosmodrome?
