I now get Destiny messages about strict NAT, although Xbox tells me it is moderate. No idea what is happening behind the scenes.

Ive had it!!!! I'm going to put together the hundreds and hundreds of absolutely broken non existent hit registration i saved. i have socked them all away over the last few months. Even going to throw in the lack of and intermittent aim asst(ads drag) This is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe after thousands see how ridiculous it has gotten you at Bungie will fix the damn game for all of us not just the chosen few. I watch Bungie... i watch the time it takes other players to get the kill. I watch their shots! I watch after i die,I sit back and watch during matches. I watch my Hellion that doesn't even work anymore, just lands next to players that are basically just standing still. Threadings just wander the hell off right next to the opponent. I deal with that stuff whatever but my guns. Over and over match after match. Every weapon, every secondary,every heavy. I don't even pick up heavy anymore because its a death sentence. Tried heavy last match posted up with 33/600 heavy machine gun against a precision auto riffle with no damage buff , CRAZY didn't even break his shields all the way! Come on!!' Im in NY running 1 gig on a asus rapture router with great ping and perfect flatlined signals, new modem, cat 8s, everything to the pole zero congestion. Time to shed some light on whats going on here. This isn't lag, i know Bungie lag!! This ant it!! Been here for 10 years. This is accuracy manipulation for lag compensation and its time someone throws the salt right back at ya.

The servers are running fine, for the Snickers alpha. If you’re referring to servers for the old spaghetti code, bug 🐛🐞🦟🪲🐜 infested mess that is their current revenue source then nah. Not getting fixed. Snickers is the priority.

I tested my internet while on the Spire and getting constant "contacting" warnings. It was slow as eff, until I quit Destiny and then it was back to normal. Must be me of course. My router is obviously sending slow-down signals to Bungle's servers and wrecking it for everyone - in the world.

I'd like to know why Marathon uses Destiny servers. Sort of gives credence to the rumor Marathon began life repurposed from an early version of D3.

Didn’t this happen a few years ago and it ended up being that hackers got into their servers? I just looked it up and in Sept 2023 they suffered a DDoS attack

I'm pretty sure the Marathon closed Alpha finished yesterday. Perhaps there's a different issue, Bungie is trying to resolve.

Same problems here. I find it comical every time I post these type of problems in the “help” section, those modz always say the problem is on my network and/or isp. Strangely, my son never experiences network issues with his different games on Xbox and PlayStation.

Oh it's 100% bungie this time. So many reports on every site of the issues and 3rd party sites mentioning the throttling + bungie's own site mentions it's them.
