Ice breaker Catalyst completed, not received.
I have completed the icebreaker catalyst puzzle, claimed the triumph, and I have not received the Catalyst for the exotic. Is there a fix that i can do to obtain the catalyst? Thanks.

There is a separate requirement (different from the puzzles as part of questline) to actually get the catalyst. The triumph only comes from doing the quest puzzles…so it doesn’t accurately reflect actually getting catalyst.
