BUNGIE HELP, PLEASE! Missing Conversion chess piece
I'm missing my last chess piece from the nether. I have looked at all 24 spots for the chess pieces, and nothing is there. I've also looked for the missing chess piece on my other characters and nothing. I started picking them up on my titan and grabbed some with my other characters. I'm not sure if that is the reason for it being glitched, but that's the only thing I can think of. I also un-installed and reinstalled my game to see if that worked, and it did not. I know I'm not the only one with this problem, and any help would be appreciated

Have you collected all other 59 pieces? if so can you double check its a conversion piece by loading into the chess puzzle and seeing how many deletion and conversion pieces you have. If you have the other 59 and you have 7 conversion pieces available in the puzzle, can you grab 2 clips of showing the conversion piece locations (Trenchway and Hall of Souls)? One location in particular to check as someone else needed it earlier is this room of the Hall of Souls, if you enter from the side they do in the image, the chess piece is in the far right room (behind the arrowed rocks) rather than the close left one: https://i.imgur.com/ssIQy7m.png

If I had to guess without knowing…it’s probably you going to one of the wrong side rooms in the area where the Court of Blades starts.
