After being very hyped for Vespers Host to be the featured dungeon, running it over and over going for Icebreaker and the title, doing what I can to get more exotic drop rates, the going flawless without leaving triumph doesn't activate. Didn't happen for me or my LFG teammate after we both kept our deathless run all the way through, twice for the teammate. Even an instance of one LFG member getting two Icebreaker drops in one run, and none for any other members in 30+ runs. This drop rate is atrocious, and when the triumphs that are supposed to help don't even confirm it being completed, what's the point of playing it.
