2 RepliesBut all the streamers Bungie pay to promote the game told me it’s amazing. Funnily enough most of those same streamers are back playing Destiny, even though they keep telling me how great Marathon is. Must be costing Bungo a fortune bribing all these streamers for fake reviews and good sentiment. The game will be dead within months of release

Because there's nothing else to see of Marathon. It's only three maps and one mode.

Also, for a community that constantly b*tches about how bungie listens to streamers or youtubers all the time, you all seem to love using them as your examples for everything. If you truly don't have any interest in one or either of their games, then why keep constantly talking about them?

It goes without saying. Extraction shooters are insanely niche, and nobody is going to play marathon. As it is, barely enough people play tarkov, and the ones who do have been playing for years and are too addicted to quit. If bungie was smart, marathon would've gotten scrapped early on.. but some lessons have to be learned the hard way
