I've been playing the game for a few days now just doing public events in the Cosmodrome, having fun. When I felt ready, I started the Vanguard missions. This is when I saw it doesn't let you stand still... I played maybe 10 or so missions before I rolled my eyes.
Anyway, yeah... Not being able to stand still to hide behind stuff? That's a game-ruiner for me, sorry. Sadly, I bought some of the cheaper DLC's before knowing about it, haha. So, congratulations for getting a bit out of me, but know that for each player quitting because of it means you're losing money.

Just get a shotgun and play “Rip and tear” Loud rock music is the real gamer fuel Those slow pokes stand back and watch as they see a warlock with a shotgun and yeet sword shreading enemies with ease The only use for your teammates is if you get to -blam!- and have to be revived but if we had og d1 solar there would be no reason for your teammates -
Do you use discord? I'm part of a clan and discord community that would be happy to show you the ropes and help with builds and content.

It's really not an issue to simply move around a small amount to not take damage from the modifier that can't even fully kill someone. You've even been playing the class that can easily heal to counter haste.
Anyway, yeah... Not being able to stand still to hide behind stuff? That's a game-ruiner for me, sorry. A company doesn't lose money when people buy things just to not use or play them. Pretty sure that's a lot of companies dream for making money that way, they can just sit there and say, "People are even buying our stuff just to not play it." That's essentially just an easy money farm for them.

true i hate that i can't bot play all the time terrible, BUNGIE LET ME CAMP AND PLAY LIKE A BOT
-
Yep it sucks its even worse in the gm
-
It rotates daily. Run a nf. Quitting over one bad daily modifier after buying DLCs is insanely stupid.
-
Looks like you're still playing, so you just talk big.
-
Ahh the old "throw money at Bungie & tell Bungie they're losing money" strategy. Epic.
-
Your right that Haste is ruining the game. +1
-
Ok good bye
-
Lol Haste is not an issue xD Maybe don't play like a turret and you'll be fine.

The modifiers shift with weekly reset, I believe. (Or is it the daily reset?? I don't remember.) I'm not a huge fan of that one, but it has helped me improve. Not that I've been doing many strikes or onslaught lately. If you don't want to play the modifiers for that week, don't. There's plenty of other stuff to do. That's what I've been doing.

Try to level up by playing campaign missions, the pale heart is really fun, not too grindy, vanguard ops is dead easy, the only bad modifier really is oscillation.
