Why is blind an arc debuff? Wouldn't solar make more sense?
You know, cause you don't go blind by looking at a lightning bolt, you go blind by looking at the sun.
Actually, why is blind even in the game? Cause it and suppression do the same thing, and suppression really doesn't need competition right now.
You know, cause it sucks

I find it strange.. your name OP and not discussing this in detail in Physics > very disappointed!! Lets begin shall we... at the end.. cause it will all go to photons.. and hmmm... while yes electrons the basis of arc... and we can allow for their magnetic fields disturbing photons.. or discharging valence electrons from their orbitals and thus releasing photons.. ...but then the ultimate in solar which we'll have to go to nuclear fusion.. is more so Hydrogen combining to Helium.. and the remaining E=mc^2 energy being released > some as blinding photons ... so I think we have it there that both are tangentially related to photons > and since that light is what blinds they may both equally have a claim... [spoiler]and I must add that really its "Light" so all light classes even Void should have a claim. Lets see void.. a black hole.. where a quasar is actually gonna be the brightest in the galaxy.. well probably a blazar which is a type of quasar.. which we can see is an AGN.. active galactic nuclei.. meaning right in the middle is the super massive blackhole and as it ejects some of that accretion disc that is some of the brightest stuff in the galaxy... so I would argue VOID may even have the strongest claim...[/spoiler]
