I am returning to D2 after not playing since the release of witch queen. I am a day 1 D2 player, I loved this game, purchasing all the expansions I possibly could. I purchased Forsaken at launch and played through the game in totality. However, after returning I do not have access to Forsaken Exotics because I do not have the "forsaken pack". I have already purchased the expansion itself, why do I have to buy access to the content I already have purchased? I have always had the same account, always played on xbox. Has anyone experienced this? does anyone have any suggestions?

Edited by GrundleBeans: 4/26/2025 1:55:18 AMHi there. Try restoring your licenses. If you do not have Forsaken installed or the Forsaken Pack Xbox store page shows "Buy", then you may have previously been getting Forsaken through Xbox Game Pass. All D2 content was removed from Game Pass several years ago and if you did not purchase the DLC, you'd need to now buy the Forsaken Pass to regain access. However, some Xbox players who did purchase DLCs had their licenses mistakenly removed by Xbox when they removed D2 from Game Pass. If that happened to you then you'd need to contact Xbox Support for assistance with restoring the license.
