Completed all triumphs but unable to claim spire of the watcher title
After taking my blood sweat and tears and a broken desk. I had painstakingly completed all the triumphs for the spire of the watcher dungeon "Wanted" however after receiving the exotic bow as my final triumph, I did not receive the ability to claim the title.
Any suggestions to sort this out.

To earn this, you need to complete the Collections badge on one character. It looks like you are just missing the Seventh Seraph Officer Revolver so need to play the 2nd (or 3rd, but that has a wider loot pool) encounter until that drops, which will complete the badge triumph and let you claim the seal.
