Parental Controls
Hello, I have two issues with Parental Controls:
1- [url=https://imgur.com/a/OONar9a]These toggles[/url] to allow the child account I manage do not work. Often times this is because platform restrictions are in place (ie. Xbox restrictions), but this is an account playing on Steam with no parental controls enabled on that platform.
2- Bungie's [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/24217906958868-Date-of-Birth-Requirements-for-Destiny-2-and-Bungie-Services#h_01HRATVDVKX6KRNHS1AHGVT8G5]parental controls info page[/url] has a broken link on it. If you click KWS parental verification it takes you [url=https://guides.kidswebservices.com/knowledge-base/parental-portal/#parent-verification-methods]here[/url] and that just opens up [url=https://imgur.com/a/dHh8uzM]this prompt[/url].
I have previously completed the KWS Parental Verification but would happily do it again.
I have also previously unlinked and relinked the child account, to no effect.
Can Bungie support help with these issues?
