XBOX - Triumph Heresy - Secrets - Ambition and Resolve Pieces

I have all 3 Resolute pieces found. However, only 2 of 3 Ambitious pieces found. I have been killing in Nether and consuming the little black balls that gave me the first 2 but, even though I keep killing and consuming I cant get the final 1 to drop. Am I missing something? Thanks
