Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you completed Dyadic Ascension, but that the quest disappeared without granting you the intrinsic unlocks you expected. Did you happen to receive the Moment of Clarity? If you did, after getting Moment of Clarity and obtaining all remaining Osseous Fragments, you should've received a new intrinsic for Barrow-Dyad, and Dyadic Ascension quest will have disappeared. Once this happens, you'll have to complete a Court of Blades run on Expert, [b]making sure to have Barrow-Dyad equipped[/b]. After doing so, you'll receive an item called the Sharp Osseous Spine for your trouble, which you can turn in at the Slab in order to start a new exotic quest called "A Needle's Path."
