Is all the marathon hate warranted?
Is the hate warranted? Is everyone just jumping on the bandwagon? What would make it better? What does the gaming industry need? To make gaming great again? No live service? No microtransactions? Full campaign?

Original ideas? There's nothing about Marathon that peaks any interest. It looks like a generic fps in a dying genre. I think the reason that Marathon is getting a lot of negative attention is propelled by the Destiny Community wondering "is this really what you've been doing this whole time?"
