Not Receiving Marketing Emails Despite Verified Account and Settings Enabled

Hi Bungie Support Team, I'm experiencing an issue with marketing emails. I've verified my Gmail account at least three times and have also tried using other email addresses I own, but the issue persists: although I can verify the email addresses successfully, I’m not receiving any marketing-related emails—no news, updates, or campaign communications from Bungie. This is especially frustrating because I registered for the Marathon Alpha but never received a confirmation email or any information regarding access. I’m not sure if this is directly related to the issue with marketing emails, but I wanted to mention it for context. I've already followed all the steps outlined in your support article: Troubleshooting Marketing Email Issues, including: - Checking spam, junk, and promotions folders - Adding Bungie email addresses to my contacts - Verifying my email address successfully - Switching to other email addresses as a test - Reviewing and updating my email and communication preferences In addition to all that, all the marketing email options in my Bungie.net account settings are enabled—I’ve double-checked that I’m fully opted in to receive Bungie communications. At this point, I'm not sure what else to try. Is there anything else that can be done, or could someone on the support team look into my account specifically?
