Cast super ACTUAL RESULT: Super goes off but you instantly die and cause of death says misadventure EXPECTED RESULT: Super goes off and you are still alive. This also happened to another player in my party that was running strand warlock, the only encounter neither of us died in to this bug was shuro chi, every other ecnounter one or both of use died when using our super at least once.
