Please try the following to resolve the issue, since you've already verified the integrity of the game files: 1) Clear your download cache in Steam: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F 2) Uninstall Destiny 2 from your PC and then reinstall it. If you still experience the issue after going through the above steps, we'd like to request a DxDiag for your system that we can use to attempt to identify the issue. Please follow the steps below to generate a DxDiag: 1) Hold the Windows key on your keyboard. 2) Tap the R key to open the Run window. 3) In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag. 4) Press the Enter key. 5) The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. 6) If there is a pop-up window asking about digital driver signing, click Yes to proceed. 7) Click the Save all information button. 8) Click the Save button. 9) The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt. 10) Click the Exit button.
