Palindrome (Adept) bugged
Hello, I've been using my palindrome adept today and realized explosive payload isn't working, I have explosive payload and rolling storm, I changed to my other explosive payload rolls and none are working so I assume the perk Explosive Payload isn't working.

Same for me. I am confident that the “development team” at bungie is simply incapable of doing anything correctly anymore. They say they address these issues, but they don’t/can’t. They just put out verbiage or “blah, blah, blah” as I call it to make it sound like they’re doing something about it. At my job If someone is unable to do their jobs correctly they are replaced. At Bungie clearly that doesn’t apply….
