Lobby balancing has no place in PvP, especially COMP
Case and point. Im punished for being a good player cause I'm expected to carry people that are bad at the game. Comp was sbmm for majority of this episode and then reverted back to rank based (as it should be). But because of the sbmm and the lobby balancing, all of the 0.1s to 1.3s that are in ascendant (when they shouldnt be there in the first place) are then put on my team cause of my in-game elo to "balance the match". And I cant move up in my rank because they throw the match or the other semi good players get put on the other team. Forcing me into a 1v3 or 2v3 EVERY GAME. And before anyone says "pvp dead" or "you get what you deserve", if your offended by this post, then I just might be talking about you. Lobby balancing = SBMM and thats a fact. And its not only killing comp and trials, but 6s too. For all players, not just good players

As a 1.1 K/D player, I've made my peace with never getting to Ascendant, but I've been watching Panduh's recent series about getting the emblem, and lobby balancing has been working against him. (Although it's pretty much confirmed to me that Destiny 2 PvP brings out the worst in people, some toxic stuff happening in his twitch chat). I will say, however, just remember that those guys getting slaughtered in your matches are fully aware that they are getting screwed over, too. Do you think they are having a fun time? I guarantee you they are not. I think we are suffering a severe bleed of players, so the available pool is wildly all over the place, in terms of pure skill. I understand your frustration, but at this point in the games lifecycle, we might just have to make our peace with it. Sorry bruv.
