Bungie won't even acknowledge ban appeals?
I haven't played Destiny 2 since November 7th, tried to play with a friend on February 20th and couldn't because I was banned, I can't think of a reason why I was banned, I play on console, so no software i can use, I use a controller with paddles, is there any way that I can get into contact with someone from bungie to help me, cause I'm not going to make a new account and re buy everything and all my friends have even stopped playing destiny entirely because I can't play.

5 RepliesHi there. The Bungie forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans beyond speculation. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the ban or restriction appeal contact form [b][url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction]found here.[/url][/b] [b][i]Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned.[/i][/b] If you get no response or your ticket is closed within 3-4 weeks, it's safe to assume their review found the ban was valid and will remain. Bungie typically only responds to appeals if overturning a ban or to ask for more information.
