These emblems typically come in the postmaster except for the Insula one. But it'll usually be available in the emblem kiosk. None of these are in postmaster/emblem kiosk. I've tried restoring license on PS5, relogging, etc. Nothing works. And you can't redeem again obviously if it's already on your account. The Grimoire card codes worked, got the pop ups when making new character. The 2 shader codes worked. Got them in the postmaster once I was in tower.
