Hardlight Variant - strand stasis

This is a cool idea. I'd also like to add that Hardlight needs a rework to have better synergy with the 3.0s. Jolt/Blind, Scorch/Radiant, Volatile/Devour- I don't really care what, but it needs a rework! A Darkness Weapon that does the same would be great! Slow/Shatter & Unraveling/Sever.
