To anyone who knows where I can get better support regarding this issue. Was a rather dedicated destiny player up to around late 2022 where I got busy with more pressing real life matters etc and just generally got burnt out on the game. Tried to just get back into casually maybe a year or so later but had a message that my account was banned? Went on the support forums etc and all I found was an appeal ban which I filled out but I never received any correspondence well over a year later. Might sound a bit daft but in all honesty I thought I’m not that fussed about getting back into the game and also having seen so rants about the non existent support emails/ chat lines I figured to actually get heard and seen would require incessant posts on forums and twitter which I at the time really couldn’t be bothered to do as it seems from reading about even that wasn’t a guarantee in getting seen and helped. Genuinely want to get back into the game now and seems I’m still banned( still have no clue what I was banned for seeing as I’ve never cheated- not good enough at the game to have ever done any super high end content like loads of flawless runs or like master raids to have ever required cheating to be honest. Other than cheating accusations I can’t really think of anything else that can warrant a permanent ban as I also would never utilise text or voice chat to flame ppl as lfg was a simple hop on discord job?) so yeah overall I kinda just want some clarity on why my account was banned and of course…. My account back to functioning as a 2 and a half year hiatus has got me wanting to genuinely play destiny again
