Unable to access ticketing page
Hey!
I am unable to access https://help.bungie.net/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000654371. Everytime I go there, I get redirected to the main bungie page. I have tried different browsers and devices but its the same thing. I can get there from another account.
Could it be a restriction/ban from using the ticketing service? I am unsure how to even appeal it as I cannot get in contact with bungie.

3 RepliesHey there, abuse of the contact forms can result in a ban from the ticketing system, what kind of ticket were you trying to raise? If it was a ban appeal, have you already filled one out previously?
