More solo content lol
Simply embarrassing. Most people play alone because the way Destiny has evolved is frustrating. Everything has to be fast-paced, there have to be more explosions and build garbage, only meta combos and things like that. Bring the game back down to earth and add 6-player activities again.

Make it harder at the base line…..why? Is graduated difficulty so hard to code for? (Do it on “normal” get less of a reward but your average Joe can complete it….do it on hard and weep because only single digit percentage of players have any chance of completing the activity) Remember the story of the female developer attributed with “I want to make players cry” or something like that? My original Space Magic Shooter morphed into jump, jumpy Nintendo Platforming with Zombie Horde waves of attack……nah no thanks. And, Bungie NEVER explaining what to do in their own game but just watch our favoured streamers……. Nah. Bait and Switch, buy early and here’s a good weapon…..but oh, we’ll nerf it to bits after general release? And finally……I’m beyond sick to the back teeth of all the Good Weapons in PvE being nerfed to duck because of PvP whining. I’m with the people who opine that all bonuses to Management should be clawed back/voided when their decisions kill or damage their own game! No more Golden Parachutes

2 RepliesSo more 6 person activities? raids, leviathan, and whatever the abomination of the star horse was called. Not I think, going to turn this game around. If they are fun and engaging, by all means it is worth a try. Yes on down to earth, less focus on the right build or right wepaon. More focus on an activity being fun, enjoyable and engaging.

What is messed up is a large chunk of the community doesn’t realize how big those groups are (solo and pve players). So you can make all kind of changes and updates, but there isn’t much for them to look forward to.

6 RepliesNot to mention, with a fraction of the playerbase it used to be, they should be focusing solely on solo content, minus Raids. Outside of that, every single activity should have matchmaking. Its just the correct way to go when its been f*cked up so bad.

6 RepliesDunno, I like doing harder stuff solo. I just got done doing a grasp of Avarice by myself, and it was tremendous fun. Looking for my next dungeon to tackle by myself. I only wish raid didn’t require multiple people for the mechanics. I know I could solo vault or Crota, and VoG was one of my favorite raids in destiny.

I think that is why genuinely we haven't seen any 6 man activities since Salvage in Deep simply because players have such powerful AoEs that any group of mobs that spawns in can be instantly deleted by 1 player.

Post is utter garbage. Any excuse to play a multi-player game alone. If you don't want to play with people accept you won't do most content unless you're very good and even then some content still can't be done. Learn to play the multi-player game with others the games very much on the east side.

Game has been power crept so much that playing with people you might as well not play at all because they are killing hordes of enemies with zero effort and there's no reason to even have 3 players on most of the games content anyways when 1 person handles it all and you have to fight to get kills. It used to be that you fought as a team to finish a piece of content, now you're fighting against your team just to be able to participate in the content.

It's not even that. It's so recycled that originality wouldn't be thought of... We have a 300 MILE LONG SHIP with secrets all over the place (According to the lore) but why create new when old will do?

1 ReplyIMO the 3&6 team set up needs to stop and start actually being creative and make PvE content that support 4-5 person teams and they can't say it's not possible the six man strike bug says otherwise. I wouldn't mind a 4man strike that slightly longer and straight forwards like a regular strike with simple puzzles between. I look forward to Frontiers but my main concern is that I'm sick of all these locations being irrelevant after a few hrs of release due to lack of content in them when they are the main promotional advertisement they put out not to mention the OW needs a complete rework I think we can all agree ppl are sick of just doing lost sectors and copy and paste public events from previous locations.
