Hard Crash to Desktop on Moon during Heresy Part II [PC]
Hi, I believe there is something wrong with my Heresy Act II progress. I'm locked out of continuing the quest on the Act II Week II step - and accessing the Heresy Act III content entirely - because when I land on Luna for a quest step the game hard crashes. I see the Eris Morn dialogue subtitle "a threat is forming on Luna, our moon. It cannot be left to congeal from mere blight into Eversion Anchor" immediately before a crash. Eris begins to speak and then the game hard crashes with no error code. Any ideas what to do here?

We have some questions about the situation: 1) Have you tried playing Destiny 2 while having no other apps running in the background? If you do, does the issue persist? 2) Have you tried [url=https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335]verifying the integrity of your game files[/url] in the Steam app? You should also clear your Steam cache by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Clear Download Cache. 3) If the issue remains after trying the above, could you fully uninstall then reinstall Destiny 2 and see if the issue persists?
