the quest is still incomplete
Why did I pick up all the hidden chests, but the quest is still incomplete?

Activate the conflux at the beginning of the mission, then head to the very end to the room before the boss, active the conflux then go through the portal and follow [url=https://youtu.be/2U05Z1vy-as?t=805]this video[/url] (it's the right side portal)

There are 7 chests and you have only opened 6. If you can't find the specific chest needed for the quest, you may need to look up a guide.
